Trustee & co-trustee

Trusts can be used to manage assets for minors, to preserve assets from potential bankruptcy claims, to diminish the costs and effects of estate taxes, to control the distribution of assets and income, to benefit a charity, to save on income taxes through charitable contributions, and to convey assets privately outside of the public record of probate.
